Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a full refund, under the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories
- Music merchandise (tapes, DVDs, CDs) must be unopened
Naturally, we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from http://store.royorbison.com
1-2-3 Process
Just follow the 3 easy steps below:
- On your packing slip, please write the reason for your return.
- Wrap the merchandise securely and box it with the packing slip.
- Affix the return label from the front of your packing slip on the package and ship to the address indicated on the label. *
*We prefer that you use DHL or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper.

Returning a Gift?
Just
return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a gift
certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which
the order was shipped. (Don't worry, we won't let them know about your
return.)
Please be sure to include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift.
Damaged or Exchanges Items
We're
sorry, we are not able to process exchanges online. Please contact us
via phone or email. Exchanges originating from and shipping to United
States addresses are usually delivered within 2 - 3 weeks from time you
put the exchange in the mail, as long as the product is available. If
an item is on back order, delivery may be delayed until product is
available. If an item is discontinued you will be notified via email by
our Customer Service Department. Product must be sent with original
packaging. For damaged items please contact our Customer Care Center. A
replacement will be sent if available, if not a refund will be
processed.
Cancellations
If you would like
to cancel your order, please call our Customer Care Center at
1-615-242-4201 or info@orbison.com. If your order has already shipped
from our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order and you must follow the
returns process describe above.
Refunds
Once
we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you
via email of your refund. If the return is due to our error, Fanfire
will refund the entire cost of the original order including shipping.
